Paul is the founder of Virgilio & Associates Ltd. He spent the first 15 years of his career working in both small and large structural and architectural firms before launching his own company in 1997. Paul’s 40+ years of experience bring seasoned insights to his Clients projects as well as creative and flexible technical solutions to project challenges.
