The project consists of two multistory residential buildings, one at 1850 South Racine, and the other at 2008-10 South Ashland Avenue.
This project is a five story, 43,500 square foot building.
The floor and roof system consist of precast concrete planks supported by precast concrete walls and columns. Lateral loads are resisted by precast concrete shear walls. The exterior walls are brick backed by precast concrete walls.
Building foundations consist of reinforced concrete spread footings below the columns, and continuous footings below the bearing walls.
