The project is an 80,000 square foot, six story hotel building. The exterior cladding is a mix of porcelain tiles, zinc shingles, and curtain wall.
The building superstructure consists of a concrete frame below the second floor. The third through sixth floors will be a composite metal deck supported by load bearing light gauge metal stud bearing walls from the second floor to the roof. The aluminum framing supporting the tiles is attached to the building structure at each level.
