The project is a 57,000 square foot, four story, residential building. The basement level is parking and levels one though four are residential units.
Levels two through four and the roof are framed with pre-engineered wood trusses supported by load bearing wood stud walls. The first floor is precast concrete planks supported by precast beams and columns. The building foundations consist of conventional footings.
