The roof framing consists of open web steel joists supported by structural steel girders and load bearing exterior precast concrete walls. The second-floor framing consists of a composite metal deck system, supported by composite structural steel beams and girders, and load bearing precast concrete walls.
The foundation is a conventional shallow foundation.
