The project is a 4,500 square foot, single story retail building. The roof consists of a metal roof deck spanning over open web steel joists, supported by structural steel beams and columns. The foundation consists of continuous reinforced concrete footings below the exterior walls and reinforced concrete spread footings below the interior and exterior columns. Building lateral loads are resisted by structural steel rigid frames.
